Our 120 m2 villa, located just 20 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the shops, will bring you comfort. This 5-room summer residence combines refinement and comfort. Enjoy a south-facing exposure, an enclosed garden ideal for your pets, a terrace, and sea views from the upper floor. The space The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, and 2 independent toilets. On the ground floor, an American kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, a TV with TNT channels, Wi-Fi, and a toilet. A garage for a small car or to store sports equipment, private parking for a vehicle in front of the garage as well as another parking space on the side of the house await you. Upstairs, a master suite with shower room, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with a pull-out bed and a single bed for 3 people await you. Check-in is flexible between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., or independently with a key box. The villa is rented weekly during the fall school holidays. Cleaning is included for €80. Duvets, pillows, bath mats, bed linen and toiletries are provided. Pets are welcome, to be specified during the first contact. Facilities: induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
