The home has everything you need to create the perfect trip to Palm Springs. The space The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms each share a hallway bathroom. The home also has a separate living room and family room which provide ample space for entertaining your group in comfort and style. In the backyard you will find a fully remodeled pool, hot tub, fire pit area. Ample shade and lots of room to lounger about or cook a full meal on the gas BBQ grill. This home is a quick 5-min drive to the downtown restaurants and shops and a quick 5-min WALK to the grocery store and coffee shop. Occasional road and airport noise may be heard. Palm Springs International Airport is centrally located, making some level of aircraft noise common throughout the city. Guests who are sensitive to sound should keep this in mind when booking. POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: -November–March: $75/night -April, May, October: $50/night -Not needed in other months For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay. Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee. Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee. We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly. Additional Policies & Rules -No outdoor music.
