We love to share this unique, comfortable and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house in Falcon Cove with Ocean Views and endless options for relaxing or playing or both. This stellar location, 1/2 way between Cannon Beach and Manzanita is a hidden gem; truly a magical place nestled within Oswald West State Park, in a gorgeous, fairly remote and sparsely populated forested area with access to a virtually private beach, expansive and sandy at low tide and rocky and wild at high tide. The space Our newly remodeled beach home is located in a quiet, secluded residential neighborhood. Located approximately 10 minutes from two fabulous beach towns, Cannon Beach and Manzanita. Both towns offer restaurants, groceries, bookstores and other interesting shopping. There is hiking within and around Falcon Cove to keep you busy exploring the Oregon Coast's unparalleled beauty for days. Oswald West State Park's well known Short Sands beach is hike-able from the house (3+ hours) or 2 mile (less than 5 minute) drive. The park offers world class surfing, hiking, and beach lounging, tucked away in an amazing old growth forest. Falcon Cove also has its own unique surf break which we've been lucky enough to enjoy from time to time when the conditions are just right. Recently having been made a National Marine Reserve, Falcon Cove offers abundant sea life and incredible tide pools at low tide. There are views of the ocean from living room, kitchen, back deck and sauna, and the beach is only a 1 + block walk from the house. Plan to relax, read a book, spend time on the beach, recreate, forage for mushrooms, surf, go fishing on the Nehalem River, or crabbing in the Nehalem Bay and explore all the amazing North Oregon Coast has to offer. We have recently added a rustic spa experience with an outdoor sauna and a cold tub. This will truly add to your adventure and relaxation:) NOTE: Cold Tub can sometimes be closed July 1- Nov 1 due to drought conditions.
