Please note: Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired for an additional fee. The space This comfortable property is the rear of two units and is provided with a secluded location. The modern interior offers an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that has all the necessities you need including evaporative cooling for those hot summer days as well as ducted gas heating to keep you snuggly warm on winter getaways. Dual aspect glass sliding doors open onto a small courtyard where there is an outdoor setting for six and BBQ, as well as side gate access to the vacant block next door, for easy access to take the dog on your morning walks. This area is ideal for small dogs or older dogs who don't need a lot of space. There is room enough for the family or a group of friends escaping for the weekend. You can choose to stay in and cook up a storm or try out the local wine bar and cafes in the village. A casual 20-minute stroll to the Springs Beach or a bit further on to the Front Beach and shops.
