Perfect for fishing, relaxing, or hosting a gathering with family and friends, this small retreat is nothing fancy but holds a charm we hope you'll enjoy! Oh, and did we mention theres a pontoon and jet ski rental company right across the cove?!? Features include:: Sizable deck with grill provided, screened-in section with additional side deck seating. Very spacious paved parking area great for extra cars or trailers. Multiple seating areas in recently remodeled great room boasting open floor plan (includes 1 queen pull out sofa). Large kitchen area with dishwasher, two ovens, and full electric stovetop (some cookware provided). Remodeled guest bath; washer & dryer included. Cozy master bedroom with private full bathroom.
