Main Home w/ In ground Pool & Patio Plus Private Guest House Main House 3B / 1 Bath Guest House (Added privacy !) 1B / 1 Bath Home is situated mere minutes from all Port Clinton activities such as Fishing, Boating, Eats & Drinks, Night Life, Beaches, Lighthouses, Family Fun & more! Close to: Cedar Point The Lake Erie Islands (Put In Bay / Kelleys Island) Lighthouses Birdwatching State Parks The space Property consists of 3 main areas: 1. Main House 2. Pool House 3. The Pool and Patio area Main House / 3BR and 1 Bath Master = King 2nd Bedroom = Queen 3rd Bedroom = Twin over Full Bunk & Additional Futon couch (which sleeps as a full). A bit tight when you extend the FUTON to sleep, but easily stored for more room during the day. Each room is equipped w/ a Streaming capable Smart TV's Living Room Area has excellent comfortable seating and 65" Streaming TV Dining area located off the Pool with full glass viewing area (double sliding doors). Jack Daniel's Bar is set up with its own 42" TV (equipped with Nintendo Switch this season!). A few classic games provided, and feel free to bring your own. Well off the Nintendo Switch until Guests don't properly care for the unit. This area is quite relaxing (see pics). Great place for some family bonding, stream your favorite team on ESPN APP.....or just grab a drink with the fellas, or the Misses! Full Kitchen with everything you'll need with few exceptions (if there's something missing.....let us know, we may add it for your next stay!) Laundry room right off the Pool with a bathroom at the end of the hall (because remember, there's no P in the "OOL" lol Private Pool House / 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Full Bath A GREAT inclusion on your family getaway. Could be an in law suite, or just a couple's way to getaway. NOTE - not to be used as Kids Playhouse please. We've gone to great lengths to provide a nice experience, so please help us care for the property. Master = Queen Size Leather Couch Full Bathroom w/ Stand up Shower Streaming TV's 1 located in the living room (smart tv) 1 located in the bedroom (smart tv) Full Kitchen minus an oven (fridge/microwave/glass cooktop and fully equipped kitchen utensils and dishes). The Pool House is private, and opens directly onto the back patio / pool area. Also set up with its own small 2 person Wicker Bistro set for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine. Patio / Pool Area A Great area to relax, swim, grill and entertain. This is a true Quality Time area for you and your family and friends. Large Patio with updated Polywood furniture (new for 2024)! We're adding a LARGE 8 seat Dining area along with a A small 2 seat area with umbrellas, as well as the built in bar for 4 to enjoy a drink while enjoying some pool activity and gorgeous sunsets this Summer! Pool 5' Deep End 3' Shallow End Very cool and clean, but keep in mind we're offering this unique experience in a Country Setting. Dad will likely want to skim the pool in the morning to keep it crisp and clean during your stay (not necessary, but we do have the same things floating in the air as any other country setting (bugs, leafs, pollen or even an occasional Mayfly). Please Please Please - follow those pool rules. We want you to have a great stay, but not at the expense of anyone's safety. No Children in pool without adult supervision. Review those rules Guys/Gals. Its appreciated. we're offering a unique place here, and we're excited about it! Weber Grill to let the Master Chef show off his skills. Grilling Utensils in both the Main Home and Pool House. Grounds - We would love to see folks enjoying the property, we only ask that you stay clear of the Pole barn as it represents part of the Maintenance process (home upkeep) and Maintenance (Lawncare etc), and that area is not part of your stay. Front porch, front yard and side yards are great for a walk or for the kids to burn off some energy! Other things to note Other Details: We are heading into year 3, and this is our 2nd property. Quality over quantity, and we absolutely LOVE to be able to offer this property to those traveling into the area!!
