Antares - At the foot of the slopes

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this charming studio renovated in 2021 in the residence "Antarès" with ski resort accessible on foot, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator) and able to accommodate 2 travelers, it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an open kitchenette equipped and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 18 m² with flat screen TV, folding bed (140×190), storage and dining area. - An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker... - A bathroom with shower and toilet. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: raclette machine, fondue set, blender, iron. The residence: The 3-storey semi-detached "Antarès" residence is located in the centre of the Corbiers ski resort, 50 metres from the slopes. Within the residence you will find: - A swimming pool (heated, 25×12 m, depth 90 to 200 cm) open during the season from 16 December to 16 April and from 1 July to 31 August, between 10:00 and 19:00. - A cellar for storing suitcases and/or skis. The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Sheets and towels included, bed made upon arrival. - Free Wifi available. - Non-smoking accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use, emptied garbage cans, dishes done, correct WC, folded sheets and open bed.
