The space This bright and spacious 2-bedroom condo boasts an open-concept layout, ideal for gathering and making lasting memories together. As the middle unit in a three-unit property, it provides a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for a comfortable stay. All three units are available for short-term rentals, so if you're traveling with a larger group, feel free to reach out—we may be able to accommodate your entire party! For your convenience, parking includes one private garage space and an additional spot right in front. Guest access Full, private access unit, patio & garage. The yard, driveway & hallways are shared space with 2 other units. 🔇 BalconyUse Policy: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, balcony use is permitted only until 10:00 p.m. A $500 fine will be imposed for any use of the balcony after this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone. Other things to note * Attention Local Guests: If you're a local resident, please reach out to us before booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate reservations from local guests without prior approval. Feel free to message us with any questions—we’re happy to help! 😊 - Please note, this unit is located in a building with multiple units. All units are short or midterm rentals. While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests. Our house rules do require that shoes are removed prior to entry & no loud music or late night partying to mitigate any disturbances. - Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking.
