The Compass Loft - Studio Near TSU with EV Charger

The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed. The space The Compass Loft is an UPSTAIRS garage apartment with an EV charger if you need it. It has it's own private entrance and the stairs are inside. It's a studio style, open floor concept but with a private vintage bathroom that you have all to yourself. I enjoy decorating so the decor in the pictures may vary but the amenities stay the same. You'll love the sunshine coming through the windows. And you may see, Scratt, the little squirrel who likes to visit out the kitchen window. Please note that The Compass Loft is an upstairs garage apartment. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors. A few of them are hard working folks that drive diesel trucks or motorcycles. There is a train that runs diagonally through town, sometimes in the middle of the night. We provide a box fan for white noise to help drown out the sounds. Also see The Compass North, The Compass South and The Compass Entire House. Guest access You will have full access to the stairs, The Compass Loft and it's bathroom. The only time our paths may cross inside is at the bottom of the stairs, if we are on our way to the garage. Other things to note *Please read carefully about how the house is set up. *3rd party bookings need to be approved before booking, please *Owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for the loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. *Please keep all doors locked when not on the property. *There will be a $350 fee added if determined that smoking or vaping happened in the house. *There will be a $350 fee added if discovered that guests brought their animals inside the house. *No parties or events. *No drugs. *We ask that guests be considerate of their noise to both us and our friends in the neighborhood. *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am *For stays lasting more than 7 days, we require a cleaning every week for the same price as the current cleaning fee.
