Kayak the Bay Waterfront Pier Bay House

Waterfront Property. Enjoy dinners, sunsets, and stargazing from the 220' private dock on Mobile Bay. Explore the Bay in 2 on site kayaks or fish from the dock. Fairhope's quaint downtown is 11 miles North, convenient but far enough to keep the city lights from drowning out the magnificent night sky. Gulf Shores beaches are a 35-mile drive South or head North for the city lights of Mobile at about the same distance. Pets Welcome for a fee, please include them in your guest list when booking. The space Guests have full access to the dock to enjoy. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with year-round residents so being mindful of noise levels, especially out on the water where everything echoes, is greatly appreciated! We treasure our neighbors and ask that you respect them as well. Quiet time is at 9:00 pm. Please be sure to turn off dock lights when you retire for the evening. Thank you in advance for respecting this so that we can all continue to enjoy this incredible space. Guest access The whole house, pier and boathouse are available for guest use.
