Stepping stools for washing hands and brushing teeth. Kids lounge space with  books, puzzles, toys, and activity boards,high chair and pack n play. Other things to note We will charge 50$ an hour for Late Checkouts as hired a third party cleaning Company and they charge us for late checkouts. You'll find a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find the following starter pantry items: coffee, sugar, creamer, coffee filters, sea salt & peppercorn grinder. Grill: we don’t supply propane tank as we cannot detemine the usage. Guests are responsible for propane tank purchases and cleaning the grill after usage. TVs: We do not supply cable TV and only supply access to streaming services via smart TV's, please login using your own USERNAME & PASSWORDS to the streaming services. You will be automatically logged out when you leave. No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc). We will access a 500$ fine for any Violations. **Strictly Enforced*** PARKING: We have enough Street parking and no need for any payment. ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival Security: We have security cameras outside of the house NOTE: When you enter upstairs two of the Bedrooms are connected to one another, you have to get in through a bedroom to access the other bedroom. Attic is accessible through another bedroom and cannot access the Attic directly. The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc) Please note there are outdoor cameras located on the premises. The security camera is located outside the house and facing the front door and back patio door. This is for the guest and property safety. Do not tamper with the security camera and Wi-Fi connections.
