In this jungle home the animals come to you and beautiful sunsets from the pool terrace never get old. A bilingual chauffeur/concierge helps you with all your plans and drives you in a 7 passenger SUV (See limitations in rules). No other place includes a driver; no need to rent a vehicle. Makes for a stress-free vacation. The car is parked below in a carport, and there are steps going up to the house, which is perched high with a view of the ocean. On the first floor is the living area, fully-stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 decks, including a patio with infinity pool. Upstairs, the large master suite boasts a large bathroom with a jacuzzi it it, as well as a deck that looks across the valley to the ocean. A small office is connected to the master bedroom for distance working. The entire house is yours: pool, deck, grill, jacuzzi, TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and more. Fiber Optic Internet 100/100 keeps your devices running smoothly. Jeff is host, chauffeur and concierge. He lives in the separate apartment below the house and is available throughout your stay. (Not May or Sept-Nov.) A jungle location with a view of the sunset over the ocean. There are only 4 luxury homes on our street. There is a steep incline to reach the house, but it is paved. The road from the main road to our road is not paved, but is flat and easily accessible. The house is a 3 hour drive from San José International Airport or a 15 minute drive from Quepos Airport, which has daily flights from San José. No need to worry about getting around the local area - the full-time chauffeur will take you everywhere, if you choose not to rent a car. Transportation outside the limits of the chauffeur can be arranged. The full-time concierge/chauffeur will pick you up at the airport and drop you off at the end of your stay and help you to plan and implement everything in the middle. No other place offers a service like this. A retired Spanish teacher from the US, Jeff will take you wherever you want to go (within an hour of the house). Truly a full-service deal. The chauffeur service is available ONLY during high season from December through April and June through August. NOT available in May or September through November.
