The space The first floor offers a large open kitchen/dining room that opens into a spacious family room. The appliances are in clean working order (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer/dryer). 2 bedrooms each one is: Freshly painted and decorated, approximately 11x11 room with a large window with mini blinds, room darkening curtains, and over-sized closet. Includes queen bed, nightstands, desk with chair, and area rug on hardwood floors. Bedding and linens supplied. Half bath on the first floor and a large full size bathroom with shower/tub on the second floor. Other things to note Complex is offset from the road so there is plenty of private parking with reserved spots for each unit. Utilities are included with a $150.00 per month electricity allowance. WiFi and Smart TV are provided. Application, copy of license, and a minimum of 2 months signed lease is required. $1500.00 security deposit. (Refundable minus damages) 2 people maximum per unit.
