The master bathroom features a shower for your relaxation. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, new luxury bedding, a closet, a ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. The second bathroom with a shower is conveniently located in the hall. You'll have one free parking space and access to high-speed WiFi with a blazing 100 Mbps connection. Guest access Avalon Country Club in Santa Ana is a gated community with front gate with controlled access 24/7 security guard. You will be required to check in at the gate. Your name will be at the security front gate in advance, you will be given a code for a digital lock to access the apartment. Guests have access to a beautiful swimming pool with a fantastic mountain and city views, restaurant and lounge area. A gym and a lap pool and tennis- reservation is required. Condominium also has a playground, walking trails, soccer field and a lake. Other days it's open from 5 am. Tennis court: Rackets and balls aren't provided. tennis court must be reserved ahead of time directly with us. GYM: open from 5 am - 10 pm. Prior reservation is needed with us. • Dogs must always be kept on a leash in all common areas. • Owners are required to pick up and properly dispose of their pet’s waste immediately. • Dangerous or aggressive breeds are not permitted. • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. • Failure to comply with these rules, including not cleaning up after a pet, may result in a fine charged by the condominium administration.
