Please note: This home is divided into two units, Sea Mist Cottage and Sea Mist Studio, which are rented separately . *THIS listing is for the STUDIO * This is one building, with interior doors and a garage/laundry room between the Cottage and Studio units. The pier is shared by guests from both units. (PLEASE NOTE - A BIG STORM TOOK OUT THE PORTION OF THE DOCK THAT LEADS TO THE PIER - PIER IS CURRENTLY NOT ACCESSIBLE UNTIL REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE. This home is managed by Point Reyes Vacation Rentals, a local family run company, managing approximately 20 vacation rental homes in the West Marin area. We live nearby and someone is available 7 days a week to respond in case any issues come up during your stay. Your privacy is important to us. Confirmed guests will be provided self check-in instructions and lockbox code. Guest access The home is set up for self check-in. Guests can access the home via lockbox and will have access to the entire home. Other things to note 1. Confirmed guests will receive a local "Insider's Guide". We're a family business deeply connected to our community, and we hope you'll enjoy and respect this beautiful corner of the world while supporting our local economy sustainably. We love sharing it with our guests! 2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products. 3. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail. 4. Please be mindful of our quiet neighborhood after dark, and no parties or gatherings without prior approval. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate.
