Enjoy all new appliances in the spacious kitchen, an incredibly comfortable sectional sofa and 72 inch big screen in the living room, and amazing views from the hot tub - just a few of the highlights! Our favorite perk is the back patio, where you can make smores around the fire pit, play a game of cornhole, or just relax under the stars. Guest access Please enjoy the spacious front, back and side yards. The detached garage and large shop (near the entrance of the property), are used regularly by the owner Grayson and his amazing pup Rio. You will likely see him working on landscaping or other property improvements, but he will stay out of your way :) Approx. May - October we also host guests in a glamping tent on the hill behind the house. You'll be out of sight of each other, with the possible exception of when they use the restroom on the far side of the detached garage. We simply ask both parties to treat each other with kindness and respect. Let us know if you are interested in booking the tent out as well!
