Access to resort heated outdoor swimming pool (In the summer), golf course, basketball/ tennis courts, playgrounds, and more. If you are looking for a great resort getaway, this condo is the perfect. The space KITCHEN: stocked with everything you should need including clean dishes, cups, silverware, pots/pans, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, hand towels. APPLIANCES: Refrigerator, Stovetop, Oven, Dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, toaster. BEDROOMS: Bedrooms have freshly washed sheets and pillowcases. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Roku TV that can be used for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. There is no cable. DINING ROOM: Dining room table has seating for 7-8 people. There are 4 individual chairs and a bench that can seat 3-4 people. BATHROOMS - 3 Full bathrooms Each Bathroom will contain: 2 sets of clean towels. Additional towels in linen closet 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom Hairdryer in Bathroom 1 and in Bathroom 2 Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, soap Hand soap by sink BALCONY/DECK: Balcony has 4 chairs. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times on the balcony. Per Hidden Valley’s rules, there are no grills allowed on the balcony. SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING in the condo. If there is evidence of smoking in the condo you will be billed $300. LAUNDRY: A washer and dryer are in the unit. HEAT/AIR CONDITIONING: The condo has air conditioning and heating which is controlled by a Nest thermostat Guest access SWIMMING POOL: Guests have access to resort swimming pool.
