The room opens onto a sprawling balcony with sweeping views of the surrounding forest. Enjoy your morning brew on the 4 lounge chairs placed outside. Back in, the kitchen is well-stocked and fully-functioning. Tiled countertops and modern cabinetry go with the cabin-in-the-woods feel of the house. Stainless steel appliances include an oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. A 6-seater dining table is ideal for intimate family meals and overlooks the verdant flora outside. The home sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is located on the ground floor, featuring a queen-size bed. Also on the ground floor, bedroom #2 comes with 2 beds — a single and a double. Bedroom #3 is on the 2nd floor and has a king-size bed, TV, balcony and en-suite bathroom with tub. Bedroom #4 offers a Queen size bed. Amenities vary by season and rates are set by Tahoe Donner Association (not included in your reservation). Each pass accommodates up to 4 people for entry. Children 6 and under are free.
