Our vacation home is a peaceful oasis, perfect for rest and relaxation in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Port Charlotte! Enjoy a relaxing stay in this modern and stylish vacation home which offers the following list of amenities: Wi-Fi, TV Streaming, heated pool, putting green, screened in lanai, beach accessories, equipped kitchen, outdoor grilling space, luxurious king beds and private backyard. The space This spacious 3/2 1,574 square foot home with an open floor plan offers ample space to gather with loved ones and to relax and unwind. Private entrance from two bedrooms onto the lanai and pool deck makes a great sharable home with family and friends! On-site parking for up to four full-sized vehicles on the driveway permitted. Streaming services, high-speed internet, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, fresh linens and towels makes packing a breeze! A propane gas outdoor fire table as well as gas propane grill make outdoor relaxing and grilling feasible! Note: Basic cleaning of the grill is done. As we cannot anticipate the level of usage during each reservation, we request each guest assist in ensuring the grill is cleaned prior to and after their use. Guest access Guests can enjoy access to the whole home EXCLUDING the owner’s closet, locked storage cabinet in the 3rd bedroom and the locked cabinets in garage. We value your experience during your visit and are dedicated to assist as able. We are standing by ready to assist with any questions or reasonable requests during your stay. Other things to note We've provided many of the basics below to help make this vacation house a home for your family/friend get together or girls/guys escape to the sunshine state! Whether you like to cook in the kitchen or bring food in, you'll find everything you need for up to 8 guests. Travelling with a young child? A pack-n-play with additional mattress, linens, and a blanket are available. Toddler friendly plates, forks, knives, and spoons are readily available in the kitchen! There is a stroller and jogging stroller available for use. There are 3 outdoor security cameras for safety. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: Setting air conditioner to less than 72F may cause a/c to freeze and stop cooling. Thanks for helping keep home above 72F! MAX occupancy at any time - 10 guests total - No Parties/Events permitted without owner approval prior. This home is located in a very residential area and the neighbors are great! Seriously, we can not stress enough the respect we have for our neighbors! Absolutely NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC are allowed at this home. This home is suitable for family and close friends who want to spend quality time together around the pool and the outdoor seating area. You will also find many of our favorite games for all to enjoy, including outdoor corn hole and Jenga or indoor wall Scrabble, Uno, Skip-bo, and more! Pool is solar heated, but a secondary pool heater is available from Nov - Mar, if needed, at a rate of $25/day for fall/winter 2025-26 (only if used!) Fee will be added at the end of stay.
