The space The studio apartment has high-speed internet for your use as well as, a Chromecast TV system for your enjoyment. There is a lovely coffee table and a couch that can double as a bed. In addition, there is a movable desk that can be utilized for work. The home is kept in an environmentally friendly state as much as possible, including sustainable cleaning products and bath soaps, LED lighting, and more. The studio has access to laundry facilities with a washer/dryer. SHARED SPACES - Shared spaces include the laundry (accessed through the back entrance by the owners, only after your approval) and, the backyard. COMMUNITY - The surrounding neighborhood and community is very quiet and has a nice children's park just a few minutes away within walking distance. Close to retail, restaurants, grocery, civic, and freeway entrances. Guest access There are two private Airbnb units on site. They are your unit, "the Alderwood Nest", and the separate upstairs unit called, "The City Escape". Both the upper and lower units have separate entrances and only share the backyard as mentioned above. Both units have access to two free and dedicated parking spaces. (More on-site parking may be available on request) Additionally at the property, when in town, the owners will park their RV nicknamed "Breezy" to the side of the property, in a dedicated RV space. All guests have full access to parking, and both the front and back yards with a bbq, 2 patio tables, swings, and a trampoline. Other things to note We are looking forward to a brand new deck sometime in the future. Meanwhile, the deck is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and I am sure you will still fully enjoy your stay. With two units, one on each level, there may be some noise transfer, especially from the second floor down to the first floor, since this is a standard house and not a hotel that is made to block most noise transfers. We appreciate your understanding of this. Length of stay: Maximum stay is 27 days. This home is offered for short-term lodging only. Long-term or residential use is not permitted.
