POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: -November–March: $75/night -April, May, October: $50/night -Not needed in other months For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee. Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee. We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees.
