This suite apartment is perfect for four adults and is your base camp in Colorado. Centrally located for quick trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, and Denver. Huge windows face west with views of Long's Peak glowing in the sun. Modern amenities make this space unique. There is a pool and hot tub, too. A sweet Barn sets the pace for your stay. A pet is allowed, and there is a fee per pet. Please add your pets to your reservation. 10% Discount for weekly bookings. 15% for monthly. The space La Casita is private and has its own entrance. It's the farm stay for Suárez Wines and Market and Mariposa Farm. It's a mid-century-inspired lofted space with a kitchenette, fireplace, cable tv, and dining area, perfect for two couples or a family of four. There is a one-bedroom master and en suite and a queen size sofa bed. A luxurious hot tub is available year-round. A beautiful fenced pool is open from June 1st to Sept 30th! A fire pit too. Walking through the French doors of your front deck, you immediately see vaulted ceilings. Stairs lead you to the loft living room with a sofa bed and fireplace, a kitchenette with all the amenities, a workspace with a laptop-friendly desk, WIFI, heated floors, and central air conditioning. The bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with a huge soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. Your Farm Stay is private, relaxing, and spectacular. During the summer, our market is open on the weekends, and we bake fresh pastries in the main house, so don't be surprised to wake up to yummy smells coming from the kitchen and see farm staff working hard in the barn. LA CASITA CAPACITY: La Casita can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, with one queen bed and one queen sofa bed. To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly request that no additional guests be added at the last minute. CANCELLATIONS: FIRM: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll pay 50% for all nights. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund. Guest access Park at the front deck when you arrive. You can access the hot tub, pool, and north garden deck through the wrap-around front porch. There is a children's treehouse that looks over the animals next door. Other things to note SMOKING Because of the high fire danger and because we're a family farm stay, smoking tobacco, marijuana, or vaping is NOT allowed on the property. We thank you in advance. PET Pets are allowed in the guest suite with a cleaning fee of $75 per pet. Max two pets $150. A large pet bed is provided with clean dog dishes and a special fido treat. We ask that your pet stays off the sofa, chairs, and ottoman during your stay. Your pet must be leashed while walking on the property, which does not have solid fencing. You are responsible for bringing poop bags and clean-up after your pet uses the facilities. Thank you. POOL AND SPA The pool and hot tub are for registered visitors only. Both are saltwater and run on solar power. It is a delicate and fantastic luxury, and for this reason, we do not allow non-registered visitors to use the pool. The pool is open 8 am to 9 pm daily for registered guests.
