Newly updated 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4, king bed, smart TVs 55”/70”, 2 minutes' walk from the beginning of our private, gated access to the sugar-white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf. This is a Family- oriented complex with pool and tennis/pickleball court. Spacious living room with daybed/trundle, dining area and an outdoor patio in this first-floor condo. Washer/Dryer provided as well as fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. Early check-in: $190 extra fee during summer. The space New owners, new management, new king bed & new mattress, new smart TVs 55” & 70”. New appliances: New stove, New microwave, new dryer, new floors. Pet policy: pet fee is mandatory: $100 per pet, per stay. Service dogs with documentation fee is voided. Max 2 pets, under 45lbs. Dogs must be trained and vaccinated! Owners must clean after the dogs inside and outside the property. Dogs are allowed on the beach early in the morning or in the late afternoon. Dogs must be on the leash all the times outside the condo. Guest access Guests can park anywhere available in the property, walk the pets anywhere (leash mandatory), pool, tennis court, pickleball court.
