Please contact our Reservations Department in advance to confirm availability. • Pets are only permitted in properties specifically listed as “pet-friendly.” For those homes, a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies and must be included at the time of booking. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties. • The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings. • If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use. • For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals. This will require acknowledgment and reinforces the Terms and Conditions already outlined on the booking platform.
