With two living rooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out. One lucky couple gets to enjoy a private master suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom separate from the other bedrooms. All bedrooms have a smart TV. The huge, fenced backyard is great for kids and pets! 2 king beds 2 queen beds 2.5 baths Living Spaces There are two living spaces with a smart TV in each. The first living space greets you as soon as you open the front door. This makes a lovely spot to sit and catch up on the day’s activities and plans or catch up on your favorite TV shows. The second is a large family room, with a comfy sectional sofa, smart TV to stream all your favorite shows, and a sliding glass door leading to the private backyard. Bean bags offer a fun place for the kids to sit while they play with one of the many board games and puzzles provided. The knotty pine decor creates a warm, cozy area to relax with your group. We have included a computer/writing desk and chair for your convenience in case you need to get some work done. Cooking & Dining The big country kitchen has everything you’ll need to create a delicious meal. Features include updated stainless steel appliances, a stainless steel sink, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee, creamer, sweetener, spices, cookware, utensils, and dishes that should cover all of your culinary needs. Be sure to stock up on all your favorite snacks and goodies. There’s plenty of room for everything! The formal dining space is adjacent to the kitchen and can seat up to 8 at the wooden dining table. Placemats and napkins are provided. The washer/dryer is located in its own room next to the kitchen. Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms Four bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests. The house offers a split floor plan. The private master suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. A second master bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite half-bath. The other two bedrooms each have queen beds and share the full hall bath with the second master. Each of the bedrooms has a wall-mounted smart TV, a dresser, and nightstands with lamps. An added benefit to our guests is that this home is pet-friendly! Guests have access to the whole house and yard I am easily contacted if needed. The many districts of downtown Tulsa offer sites, sounds, and aromas found only in Tulsa. There are so many interesting, historic areas to explore. Philbrook Museum of Art provides a unique experience: a historic home, world class art museum, and 25 acres of gardens. In 1938 Waite Phillips donated his 72-room mansion and surrounding 23 acres of grounds as an art center for the city of Tulsa. It truly is a sight worth seeing. Old and young alike will relish a day at the 90-acre Tulsa Zoo, home to animals from all over the world. Lovers of folk music will be enthralled by the Woody Guthrie Center located in the historic downtown district, which is dedicated to preserving the late legend’s body of work and celebrating his life.
