This welcoming 1,700 sq. ft., single floor with no stairs ranch home features a very large fenced yard to run and play for kids, young and old alike in addition to boasting the awesomeness of The Smoky Mountains! As you step into the 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house you will be greeted with a living room that features a fireplace, reclining couches with USB ports and outlets, and a 65” flat screen TV, included is free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The kitchen/dining area has a table that seats 4 with 2 additional folding chairs. You can prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped, fully furnished kitchen. Cleanup is easy with the dishwasher and side by side refrigerator for any food storage. A microwave, instant pot, air fryer, blender, crock-pot, rice cooker and Keurig coffee machine are also included. For your usage if you choose to cook we have provided a number of spices, as well as salt, pepper and oil. Adjoining space to the kitchen/dining area offers, for your convenience, a washer, and a dryer. All bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, hosts its own private bathroom, the second bedroom has a set of twin beds and the third bedroom has an adjustable queen size bed. The second bathroom is located down the hallway. All rooms have large closets. As our guest you can feel free to pick the blackberries and gooseberries growing in the backyard. PETS: Dogs are welcomed at Bear’s Den Getaway with prior notification and a $35 pet fee. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in or around the home. Any debris or odor found will result in a $100 cleaning fee plus any damaged upholstery. **PLEASE NOTE**: Garage access is not included. There is sufficient parking space in the driveway to accommodate up to 4 cars, and since the home is situated in a beautiful safe neighborhood (with two police officers living on our block!) featuring a cul-de-sac, and if it became necessary, there is street parking available. If you are bringing a dog, you will need to include the pet fee we ask for in your registration costs. In addition to that for your security and peace of mind there is a camera at the front of the house. As you turn left onto Jordan Drive to arrive at the home, on your right there will be a cul-de-sac, so there is very little to no traffic! By the way, try not to miss seeing the goats on your where here... just before you make the turn to arrive to YOUR getaway! There is sufficient parking space in the driveway to accommodate up to 4 cars, and since the home is situated in a beautiful safe neighborhood featuring a cul-de-sac, if it became necessary, there is street parking. I-40 that is only 2.4 miles away by will get you to all the nearby long lists of attractions. You can also feel free to take an afternoon walk too! Get onto I-40 which is just minutes away for all your restaurant needs and shopping enjoyment...and WHY NOT! you may choose to even go exploring and decide to take a visit into the beautiful City of Knoxville!
