The space Location: Lake Livingston, Texas (eastern side of the lake) Private pool: This home has a private in-ground pool. WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking. Parking: We have room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. The other three bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Two of these bedrooms offer king-size beds, while the third provides a queen-size bed. This flexible sleeping arrangement ensures everyone can unwind comfortably after a day enjoying the lake.
