We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Gennes-Val-de-Loire, this charming house, with sight on the Loire, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until four travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space On the ground floor : - A room with a queen-size bed (160x200). - A bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor : - A living room of 23 m² with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine... Outside with a view of the Loire River: - A beautiful enclosed garden of 40 m², facing West with garden furniture at disposal. - A terrace of 10 m², facing West, accessible from the first floor with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and sunsets. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Welcome gifts will be provided on site. Other things to note - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - The accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (2 maximum). - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
