This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. ● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance) ● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must display onthe driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle.
