Come stay with us! 🏖🌊😎 The space Welcome yourself into this spacious 3 bed 3 bath townhouse. Sleeps 6 guests. There is a queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Every room has brand new ceiling fans. Downstairs bedroom has a memory foam queen bed. Back door opens to a spacious back yard. Upstairs master bedroom has a luxurious memory foam king mattress with a walk in closet and full length mirror. Coffee service is also available upstairs. Third bedroom has a memory foam queen mattress and updated closet with a rollaway twin bed, and a full private bath. The washer and dryer are full sized with steam and sanitizing capability. Guest access Each Unit has two (2) allotted spots which are next to one another. There will only be 2 cars allowed for the assigned "1213B" parking spots. There is guest parking near the front of the complex where the spaces are unmarked. Should you need additional parking, you will have to park near the front gate entry or near the pool. Other unit owners will have your car towed if parked in their assigned spaces. Any fines resulting from you being ticketing or towed will be your responsibility. Please use back access from Unit C if needed. There are two emergency exits out the back patio- Gate A and Gate C. Fire escape ladder in master bedroom closet Other things to note - You must be 25 years or older to rent the unit and person renting must stay in the unit with their guests. No marijuana in the unit. A 500.00 fee will be charged for this violation. ***If the unit smells of marijuana a 500.00 fee will be charged*** -Absolutely* no tampering with, touching, or removing the DECOR surfboard. Fines will incur. -Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. -Hurricane Cancellation Policy - Reservation can be cancelled due to a NAMED HURRICANE in the Gulf of Mexico aimed at our area. -If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact property manager immediately. -Do not wait until checkout to say there is an issue, it will be assumed it was due to your negligence. -No congregating on the front porch. Be considerate of other guests and the owners who live there full time. -Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines up to $100. -You must bring your own beach towels. Bath towels are provided for each guest during your stay. -NO SMOKING in the unit. You will be charged a $500 fee for smoking in the unit. -NO PETS -3 night minimum required during Holiday/Event weekends -Please do not move any decorations/furniture during your stay (other than for sofa sleeper if needed). Should you need to move anything, please put it back where you found it. -No tampering with /obstructing view of cameras. -All personal supplies will be the responsibility of the guest (toilet paper, soup, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) Small amounts will be included upon arrival. - We assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of guest's personal property. -There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe posted pool rules. -No loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. -No more than 6 guests are to be at the unit. -Subletting of the unit is not permitted. -No illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed. -Any violation of the terms/rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits/rents paid. -Property under surveillance. -Community and neighborhood watch in progress at all times. Community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules. -No firearms allowed.
