The cabin is located in a wooded area, so encountering bugs or bees is natural. While we maintain a rigorous pest control routine, it’s not possible to completely eliminate all insects. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival. Other things to note We're thrilled to share our special home with you and have endeavored to provide everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! You'll receive starter packs of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dish and laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, and creamers, typically sufficient for a few days. Please note, charcoal for the grill is not supplied. Should you require more supplies or charcoal, convenience and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. For your safety and property protection, a security camera is installed in the driveway in front of the cabin. It Will record 24/7 on motion detectors sensor. No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks. However, you can smoke outside in the parking area, at least 15 feet away from the door/ building. The cabin is easily accessible year-round, located just off the parkway with all paved roads. No need for a 4-wheel drive. Parking is available for three vehicles on the driveway, and additional parking is available on the street if needed. ◆PET-FRIENDLY RULES FOR YOUR STAY◆ We’re excited to welcome you and your furry friends to our home! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these pet-friendly guidelines: → Dogs Only: We love all animals, but we’re only able to host dogs at the moment. → Maximum of 2 Dogs: To keep things cozy, we have a limit of two dogs per booking. There is a charge of $175 per dog. → House-Trained Pups Only: For the comfort of all guests, we ask that your dog(s) be house-trained. → Dogs Must Be Crated When Alone: If you leave the property without your dog(s), please make sure they’re safely crated during your absence. → Noise & Behavior: To keep the neighborhood happy, please ensure your dog(s) are not noisy, aggressive, or disruptive. If any concerns arise, we kindly ask that you address them immediately. → Clean-Up Duty: Please clean up after your dog(s) and dispose of waste promptly in designated trash areas. → Damage Responsibility: We trust that your furry friends are well-behaved, but if any damages occur, the booker agrees to cover the cost of repairs or replacements. → Hot Tub Restriction: For health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in the hot tub. → Laundry Care: Please avoid placing dog beds or similar items in the washer or dryer. → Local Laws: Please adhere to all local leash laws, licensing requirements, and ordinances. We truly appreciate your cooperation! A $250 fee may apply for each infraction of these rules, so thank you for helping us maintain a pet-friendly environment for all guests. 📌Maximum Occupancy that our cabin sleeps is 10 people. Should more people stay, we reserve the right to charge an additional $50 per person and/or terminate your stay. For guests with service dogs, we kindly request that you inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs. -We do not provide refunds for: weather conditions of any kind, natural disasters, power outages, act of God/Jehovah/Buddha/Allah, or other things that are beyond our control. Accessibility: While not ADA accessible, there are only three steps to reach the main level which includes all essential amenities. The main level bathroom features a walk-in shower with a small curb but no grab bars.
