Shadow’s House Beautiful house on the shores of Greers Ferry Lake. A quiet, peaceful getaway perfect for a romantic weekend or a large family vacation. Tucked into a small cove on the lake just 10 minutes from Cherokee Park Landing this house is perfect for boating, kayaking, fishing, or just playing in the water. The space The house has plenty of room for all your indoor or outdoor activities. Inside you have 2 living areas to choose from to relax or watch TV using WI-FI provided on a 55 inch Smart T.V. Take advantage of the game table to show your competitive nature playing Monopoly or cards. The kitchen is ready with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or cook the catch of the day. There is also a charcoal grill for your outdoor dining needs. As an extra treat, we hope you enjoy the K-cups provided. We think coffee is a food group! The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The master bath comes equipped with a large walk in shower and separate jetted tub to lay back and relax. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, second has two full sized beds and the the third bedroom has a full sized bed and twin sized bed with trundle. There is a also a daybed with a trundle for the kids in one of the living areas as well as 2 roll around beds for extra sleeping. The second bathroom has a tub/ shower combo where you can soothe your tired muscles after a hard day at the lake. Outside is our favorite place. You have a variety of choices. You can pull your boat up to the shore in front of the cabin and the cove is a great place to swim, kayak, or paddle board. The house will comfortably sleep 15-16 people and has the potential for larger groups when combined with Boss’s House next door. Message for more info! Greers Ferry Lake is a veritable playground for all kinds of water sports from boating, skiing, or tubing to diving in the beautiful, clear water. The area is surrounded by beautiful walking trails just waiting for you. If golfing or ATV trails is your pastime, Fairfield Bay is 20 minutes away. The Little Red River, known for trout fishing is approximately 30 minutes away and offers Rainbow, Browns, Cut-throats, and Brookies or small mouth bass. Just for fun, we named the house for Shadow, a very vocal, opinionated, black cat. Shadow showed up at our house as a kitten one evening and the rest is history! “Only the Shadow knows”. He doesn’t really like the water but certainly wouldn’t mind a fish or TWO. We love our animals and hope that you are able to share your vacation with your pet. The property is perfect for them with plenty of room to roam.
