Have fun with the whole family at our newly built 3 bedroom home. Located in the resort neighborhood of Beaucoast. Amenities are galore! Large outdoor pool, rec center, fire pit, pickleball courts, dog park,man-made lake, on-site deli-style cafe, private community dock on Taylor creek for fishing and more! Biking distance to downtown Front Street. Explore the many islands on the Crystal coast. Come explore everything Beaufort has to offer and see why it was named America’s coolest small town. The space Master bedroom with 1 king bed, bedroom with 1 Queen bed, 1 bedroom with twin over double bunk bed, pull-out sofa in the living room. Full access to kitchen and laundry. Please note although our neighbourhood is completed, there is a new neighbourhood nearby under construction. This does not affect our street or home currently. Gas fireplace is not currently in operation Will consider well behaved pets on an individual basis. Please reach out prior to booking if you want to bring a pet. Pool and rec center is walking distance or feel free to park on the street in front of pool building. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and access to the neighborhood amenities via key fob. House is a little over a quarter mile from the pool and a short walk. Dock is a little more than a half mile away. Parking on the street by the pool is also available. Other things to note We are only 6.8 miles (14 min drive) from Atlantic beach if you want a day on the beach. Lots of walking trails and sidewalks for exploring all that Beaufort has to offer. Ferries to Carrot Island and Shackleford Banks can be found at the town docks. Spend hours on the islands hunting for shells or viewing the wildlife including the famous wild horses. So much to see and do!
