The space Brand New Vacation Retreat! Three Master Suite Getaway overlooking Spring Mountain, Family and Dog Friendly. This brand new home, was specifically designed as a vacation getaway for multiple families. The bedrooms are as follows: Primary Bedroom 1: Main floor, King bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, toilet, and two sinks. Primary Bedroom 2: 2nd floor, King Bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, toilet, two sinks. Primary Bedroom 3: 2nd floor, King Bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, toilet, and two sinks. Bunk Room 1: 2nd floor, One full over full bunk (suitable for adults), with a twin trundle bed. Bunk Room 2: 2nd floor, 2 full over full over full (6 twin beds), bunks. There is a also a pull out chair as a twin bed Bathroom 5 is a tub shower combo, two sinks, and toilet for the two bunk rooms to share. We have two twin rollaway beds as well for use. The house has two entertainment areas – on the 1st level guests can enjoy a beautiful farmhouse modern kitchen, large dining area and cinema area; and on the 2nd level guests can enjoy billiards, game and cinema areas. A state-of-the-art heating and air conditioning system was installed with multi-zone control in every room, allowing for all guests to choose their comfort in each space. Every wall was insulated for sound proofing so guests can retreat from gatherings in the main space for some quiet rest as needed. The fully outfitted kitchen features quartz countertops. A large dining room table provides seating for 12, in addition to the seating provided at the kitchen’s island, perfect for family reunions and large gatherings. The home includes a separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer. Two tankless water heaters were installed so guests can enjoy a warm shower on demand. A expansive front porch allows for guests to enjoy sunsets and views of springs mountain and the meadow, where wildlife frequently roam. There is a two car garage and plenty of additional parking for toys. Ponderosa Park and the Golf course is right down the street, and downtown McCall is just a short bike ride away.
