Bedroom #1 - Two twin Beds, + Two optional fold out mattresses (can be put in any room of your choice) Bedroom #2 - King Bed Bedroom #3 - King Bed, Twin Day Bed (second twin trundle pulls out to make another King), NEW Full size crib w/organic mattress, and additional Pack-n-Play in closet. Living room with sectional, Credenza with toys and games, game table, cozy blankets, baby gates in closet, firepit, Full kitchen with full size fridge, freezer & pantry, washer/dryer available for your use, private outdoor patio, and several spaces outside to sit and listen to the creek. All bedrooms & 2 of the bathrooms are upstairs. Guest access The basement of this home is a separate unit, rented by another Long Term renter. (Not accessible from main unit). You'll have the entire main floor and upstairs with your own driveway, and separate entrance. Other things to note There's nothing else like it! A full, running creek passes through the front of this property and it's surrounded by trees, sitting at the mouth of a beautiful canyon.
