The entire unit is private and only for guest enjoyment. All guests, including visitors, must be entered in the reservation before booking. Please enter the total amount when booking as unauthorized extra guests/visitors will be denied access and will not be allowed to stay. The maximum overnight occupancy is limited to 8 adults. 3rd Floor Apartment (stair entry): 2 flights when entering and exiting via the back of the building. 6 flights when entering and exiting via the front of the building. Self Check-in/Check-out: You will use the keypads to enter. A public paid parking lot and 2hr street parking (first come first serve) are conveniently located behind our designated parking space for additional vehicles/visitors. *Please do not park in any other reserved spaces. Towing is enforced to protect your parking as well as the parking of other building residents. If there is an illegally parked car in your designated space, please message us with a picture of the car and license plate.** We are NOT responsible if your car is booted or towed. LOCATION & POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: This apartment is located right off of S. Main Street in Downtown Greenville walking distance to great dining, shopping, and entertainment! Given its mid city location, there is potential for city sounds. This can include: people walking down the street, traffic/car sounds, emergency vehicle sirens, and more. To offset the sounds and lights of city living, we’ve installed room-darkening curtains, white noise machines, and smart TVs in each bedroom. Sleep masks and ear plugs are also provided for our guests if they choose to use them. Refunds and discounts will not be provided for regular sounds of the city. VERIFIED ID & COMPLETE INFORMATION FORM REQUIRED TO BOOK: Your identity on your Airbnb profile must be verified, you will also be required to fill out a guest arrival form where you will enter your passport or ID number in case of emergency. PROHIBITED ACTS: No Smoking of Any Kind, No Animals Permitted Inside The Unit, No Parties/Large Gatherings Please. *Violators Will Be Asked to Leave and/or Escorted Off The Premises With No Refund.* NEIGHBORS & VOLUME LEVEL: Please be respectful of neighbors, this unit is in a very small apartment building. Remember to be mindful of your noise levels. Minut decibel-monitoring device will be on and used to monitor noise levels and number of devices connected to the WIFI to prevent parties & ensure zero disturbances to the long-term residents of the building (located in entryway between kitchen and dining area). This device also monitors apartment temperature levels, humidity levels, and mold risk to protect the property. *Minut is NOT and audio or video recording device.* TRASH: There is a gated trash area available for your use at the back of the property, you will be required to take out your own trash during your stay. You are responsible for keeping your trash inside the grey cans at all times. • The lid must close. • Boxes must be broken flattened, broken down, and inserted into the cans. Do not leave any boxes on top of, beside, or anywhere else outside of the cans. Large items must be taken to the local dump and not left in the trash area. • Please remember to slide the gate closed and reattach the lock when you exit the trash area. *We do not own the green recycling cans and do not provide recycling. DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN THE GREEN RECYCLING. These cans belong to another community with a very strict HOA.* WIFI: This property has free WIFI as an amenity. However, as a public utility, we cannot guarantee connectivity and no refunds will be issued for lack of service. We will make every effort to make sure that service is restored during your stay. We will also keep you completely informed of our progress. This is not an emergency item, so WIFI issues will be dealt with during business hours only.
