Bedroom 1 A comfortable double bed awaits in this serene retreat, offering a calm, relaxing space to relax after a day in Oshkosh. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Other things to note ➤No Smoking Allowed ➤No Parties Allowed ➤Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay. ➤For everyone’s enjoyment, please do not touch the artwork or move decorations. Your care is greatly appreciated! ➤This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: • We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. • Please note that a $75 Pet fee will be applied per stay. • No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 30 pounds. • Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. • Do not leave your pet home alone unless extremely well-behaved or crated
