Hot Tub and Lake Access - Modern Tranquil Haven

This 3-story lake house is what vacations are made of! Enjoy DIRECT access to the lake via our home's private wood staircase and unwind at the end of the day in our home's large hot tub spa. Recently built home with brand new finishes, massive windows, modern furnishings, & 2 fully furnished back patios with BBQ grill. Sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy picturesque views of the lake from all rooms of our home. ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. -There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions. - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid.
