The house is in the foothills of the Eastern Pyrenees in the Rotja valley with stunning views of Canigou (2750m). It has a large garden and swimming pool with four double bedrooms. The garden has beautiful trees and flowers and gives plenty of room for children to run around in and enjoy. If the front gate is kept closed, the garden is completely secure for children. The swimming pool is fenced with a security gate which is childproofed. The space The property has a good sized living room/diner, a sun room, a kitchen with small table, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Four double bedrooms are accessed by a short flight of steps (7). There is a large garden with swimming pool and the property is completely fenced. The pool has a safety enclosure around it with a safety lock on the gate. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the adjoining garage where there is also a further toilet and an old fridge which can be used to cool drinks. Guest access All the property with the exception of the shed in the garden. Other things to note The bathroom will be modernised next winter but works very well. The shower gives a good stream and there is plenty of hot water available. It has a bidet and double handbasins.
