Harvey’s House - Fort Gibson lake area on 3 acres

Welcome to Harvey’s attached Studio Apartment! With a Queen Bed, Full Sleeper Sofa, space for an air mattress at the foot of the bed for kiddos or even fur baby beds. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped for 4 guests! Located in Mallard Bay, with a view of Lake Fort Gibson 1/2 mile away, a carport that will fit two cars or boat. Attached to our garage the apartment shares a breezeway with a washer and dryer. We have a beautiful 3 acre yard! Access points to Fort Gibson lake nearby. The space The queen handcrafted bed just got a fresh new linen makeover! There is a bedside table with a reading lamp and outlets for charging your devices. Just to the left of the Queen Bed is a pull out Full sized sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 guests comfortably. There is a workspace, a flat screen TV with Dish Network and has free WIFI with a strong continuous signal. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with all your basic needs to accommodate 4 guests with in kitchen seating. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, a stove with 4 burners, double sink, microwave, toaster, Keurig & basic cleaning supplies are provided. There are safety bars in the shower/tub combination which are great for all ages! We also have a hair dryer so you don’t have to worry about lugging one along. There are plenty of towels and even makeup wash cloths so no need to pack those either! Just outside the front door is a patio table with two chairs, perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea while birdwatching. We also provide a propane gas grill which is cleaned and covered to protect from wear and tear. The covered patio looks out into the 3 acres of property which you are free to roam and enjoy! There is also access to a washer and dryer if needed, just ask Amber Goodwin with guest services. Guest access Guests can pull right up to the front door of the studio apartment. There is a carport that will fit two vehicles very easily. It is graveled underneath the carport. The front porch is concrete and has a table and chairs with a propane grill. There are 3 acres of beautiful yard that you can enjoy. Other things to note It's a great place to stay and unwind. Quiet and peaceful with lots of room for walks, hikes, or just chilling. The lake is nearby and so are several state parks. Ten minutes to Muskogee and the same to Wagoner. The little town of Okay is a mile away with two Convenience stores and a Dollar General as well.
