This Pelican neighbourhood family pool home with a fenced yard features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den. 30 minutes to the beach, shopping,g and restaurants close by. Upgraded kitchen, wifi and cable, TVs in all bedrooms and living room, AC, heating, tile and carpet throughout, deck, patio, garage parking, laundry room, walk-in closets, etc. The pool deck offers ample seating and a gas grill, with southwest exposure perfect for entertaining by the pool. The pool is not heated. Other things to note Copy of IDs required for all the people will stay in the house Rental agreement required We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children. This house has security cameras at the front door and by the Garage looking out the driveway. No Smoking inside or outside. Minimum age 25 years old. We allow only one pet, max. 26 lbs.
