Very Walkable 81 and Very bike able 87 scores from Walk Score. 10 minutes to downtown. About 30 minutes from all of Denver. Berkley Park subdivision. The Tennyson Street shops and galleries within walking distance. A few blocks away from locally owned coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and even an ice cream shop. Even the historic Oriental theater is three blocks away. Very Close to I-70 and Sheridan Blvd for easy access to ski resorts. If you are up for some canine companionship, I am sure my dog Eleanor would be up for it. The patio is fenced in if you are not up for canine companionship. Garage Mahal is new construction opened in Jan 2021. Guest access Keypad for self check in front of garage door where you enter the unit. Other things to note The Garage is a non shared with their own self check in and check out. Additional free parking is available in the front of the house on the street if needed.
