Great 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa at TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort. The villa has its own 2 car garage, boat slip for rent and the community has a great swimming pool. On the first floor a cozy living room with dining area, a bar, Master BR (King) and bathroom with tub and separate shower. On the second floor there are 3 more bedrooms (1 BR Queen, 1 BR 2 Twins, 1 BR Twin/Trundle) and 2 more bathrooms. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for fishing, dolphin watching or swimming! The space This 4-bedroom villa is the right-hand side of this duplex Manatee. It is located next to the boat ramp on the Canal of the Marina. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft and for this villa, we even can go up a bit more), you can rent a boat slip. As you walk up to the front door you will notice a nice seating area on the front porch, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Once inside you will see the dining room area and a small bar. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room is a cozy space for you to relax. You will find the Master bedroom on the first floor, it has a King and its own TV, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a double vanity. On the back porch you will also find a small seating area. A great place to enjoy your evening drink and watch the boats come in. You will also find the gas BBQ on the back porch. On the second floor you will find the other three bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a Twin, with a trundle. The third bedroom has two Twins. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom has a Queen and a connected bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
