The casita has its own full size washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is furnished with linens, blankets, towels, basic soaps, and paper products. Free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. The unit has a nice size south facing yard which is accessible from master bedroom. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS ARE ALLOWED! Cameras on site recording. Guest access Guests are able to check in 24/7 with smart locks and vehicle gate for easy check in and check out.
