Seaside Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental on the sound side, with a scenic channel on both sides of the property. Guests have exclusive access to an above-ground pool, making it an ideal spot for families or friends seeking a peaceful waterfront retreat. Quiet, cozy, and close to nature—your perfect coastal escape awaits. The space All the comfort of home with an unbelievable view! You can take in the view of the sound from any of the decks. Above ground pool for use (requires waiver to use). One bedroom - king bed (can convert to twin beds), one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with bunk (twin over full bed) and a pull out queen sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen. We provide a propane grill (if the propane tank is out - exchange at J. D.'s (convenience store - send me a receipt and I will reimburse) and we have the Green Egg - watch you tube videos for great uses with the Green Egg grill (special charcoal). Guest access We have a concrete parking area, please park only on the concrete or in the driveway. Don't park on the grass.
