Canyon Lake and Hill Country getaway!

It’s lake time! Enjoy decks overlooking fields, wildlife and views of the lake. Feed the deer, walk peaceful paths right out the back door. Relax with family and friends during summer break. Vineyards, hiking, Whitewater Amphitheater, Fredericksburg, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, Comal and Guadalupe river floats all nearby and flowing! Rent a boat and learn to wake surf! Kayak and paddle board rentals right around the corner. Small pets on request. The space 400 yards from boat ramp 23**-currently closed 30 minutes to Wimberley 30-40 minutes to Schlitterbahn 45 minutes to Fredericksburg 30 minutes to Gruene 15 - 20 minutes to Whitewater On the Bend 11 miles from floating the Guadalupe *due to water levels currently not swimmable behind house **check online for ramp closures Boat/Jetski rentals and lake access at the Marina only a 10 minute drive away! Guest access The entire house is available with the exception of the owners closets. Other things to note The living area, kitchen and primary bedroom are upstairs. You must be able to walk stairs to stay here. The beds can accommodate 6 adults, and any number of children up to 9 people in total, as one set of bunk beds is designed for children. We also provide a queen size blow up mattress. The sceptic system does not support more than 9 people at a time, we ask that you respect this limitation. There is a place in the back to set up the portable fire pit, however, please check the Comal County Fire Marshall website for fire ban updates. If the ban is “on”, please do not light a campfire. You may still use the BBQ Grill since it has a cover.
