Guest access The entire house is available with the exception of the owners closets. Other things to note The living area, kitchen and primary bedroom are upstairs. You must be able to walk stairs to stay here. The beds can accommodate 6 adults, and any number of children up to 9 people in total, as one set of bunk beds is designed for children. We also provide a queen size blow up mattress. The sceptic system does not support more than 9 people at a time, we ask that you respect this limitation. There is a place in the back to set up the portable fire pit, however, please check the Comal County Fire Marshall website for fire ban updates. If the ban is “on”, please do not light a campfire. You may still use the BBQ Grill since it has a cover.
