A great spot to vacation or "work from home" if you need a break from your usual (with good WiFi and several separate areas to support multiple Zooms!). Please note that local regulations do not allow us to accept stays that are less than 30 days. Situated on the warm Central Coast, this newly-purchased and newly-furnished home away from home features two ample bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom with two twin XL beds. A bonus room serves as an extra bedroom, living room, office, or children’s play area. Large closets and ample dressers provide plenty of room for all your belongings. The two bathrooms are well stocked with ultra-soft towels. Enjoy drinks or outdoor dining while you soak in the sun on the fenced front patio, or grill up a meal on the barbecue on the back deck. Cozy up with a book on the oversized sectional or unwind with a movie on the 55” smart TV (with HBO, Amazon Prime, and Sling) in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen, with gas range, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, is perfect for when you want to create a meal at home. A dining table for eight provides a great spot to gather. Ceiling fans and the breeze from numerous windows help keep you cool when it’s warm, and central heat keeps you warm if it’s chilly. At the end of the day, settle in to the luxurious memory foam mattresses and soft bamboo bedding for an amazingly restful night. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Shell Beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, and coffee shops, Dinosaur Caves Park, and a beautiful beach, this light-filled and well-equipped house has everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay. We're very reachable for any questions or issues, and want to make sure you have everything you need for a memorable stay in Shell Beach. A short walk from the house brings you to bluffs overlooking the ocean and a park, where you can take in one of our amazing sunsets, or just watch the waves. You’re also close to excellent kayaking, surfing schools, hiking trails, wineries, whale watching tours, stand up paddleboard rentals, golf, and bike rentals, as well as the beaches of Avila and Pismo Beach. Most everything you need is within walking distance, and it's a great area for biking. But you also have easy access to the freeway, as well as a trolley that goes to Avila Beach and Pismo Beach (in season). Make sure to familiarize yourself with Airbnb's standard cancellation policy for long term (28+ day) rentals before booking. This policy supersedes the cancellation policy listed below (for some reason Airbnb won't display the policy for long term rentals that they require). The policy is fairly strict, but is required for all "long-term" rentals. Pricing note: Current prices based on upcoming bathroom remodels (photos show unremodeled bathrooms). Price will be reduced if remodels aren't finished by your stay. We do allow 1-2 well-behaved, adult (1 year +) dogs with an additional $10/night fee per dog and an additional $25 cleaning fee. We do not allow more than 12 people in the house at one time without prior approval - do not book this house for parties.
