Fully equipped for a relaxing mountain view retreat or base for Northern AZ adventures. Great for families,couples or groups! This centrally-located home is set on a hillside lot in a quaint neighborhood close to everything. Great restaurants within 5 minutes, museums, endless options for day trips in Northern AZ! The space Spacious two story home in an old hill side neighborhood with stunning views of mount Elden. The look and feel of this rental is boho/mid century modern and people fall in love with how stylish and fun the space is right away! It's super clean and newly renovated. The main space is an open plan living/dining concept, perfect for your group to gather and relax. Special emphasis was put on comfortable beds and couches and big TVs throughout so that you are able to really kick back and relax. The deck is furnished in the "warm enough" months, (weather is erratic and we don’t count on good weather until May) and ready to enjoy incredible breakfasts or sunsets around your adventures. The proximity to restaurants, stores and tourist attractions make this the perfect place for you to stay! Guest access Full access to the entire house and private deck. Three parking spots assigned to your space in front of home. A second shared patio area is available between the upper and lower house for additional outdoor enjoyment. Other things to note *Our house has on-demand air conditioning units In the bedrooms. The living room and kitchen areas only have fans and windows. This is the case in the vast majority of Flagstaff homes and short term rentals! If you are visiting in mid june - Late July please understand this set up and be willing to open the windows if necessary.* This home is one of two houses on the same property. It is the upper house. We have a second rental on the lower part of the property with the same layout which is also available for rent. It has been an airbnb since 2018.
