It is also well served by public transport (bus stop 90 m away with 3 lines, tram stop just 10 min walk away that connects to downtown Bordeaux and V3 bike station 600 m away). Ideal for visiting Bordeaux, this 112 m² shop on 3 levels, houses: - 3 suites including a bedroom with king size bed (new bedding), a large dressing room and an adjoining shower room, - a living area comprising a living room and sofa bed, a dining room and custom marble table, and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a terrace with dining table and small cocooning lounge area. - In the basement, a large stone and rubble cellar accommodates a laundry area. It can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (thanks to its 3 bedrooms and sofa bed). Possibility of providing a baby cot for children. Guest access The property is accessible by bus thanks to a stop in the immediate vicinity of the property with 2 lines that serve Saint-Jean station. It also benefits from the immediate proximity of a bike and electric scooter station. It is also accessible by tram, just a 10-minute walk to reach downtown Bordeaux. Other things to note We ask guests to clean before they leave. However, we do provide for interim cleaning for a fee of €60 for the stay. No pets allowed in the house. Not that we don't like them, but for hygiene and allergy reasons. Celebrations/parties are not allowed, we are in a quiet area and must respect our neighborhood.
