Use the second driveway in front of the garage, the property will be the one under the walkway next to the garage. ** NOTE: The Main house can be rented out separately with shared outdoor amenities of the hot tub and shed. After experiencing world-class mountain biking, climbing, or hiking, return to this completely remodeled house and wind down in nearly 1,000 square feet of fresh, inviting living space. Warm your toes by the gas stove as you lounge in the living room, which features bright blue welcoming walls, picture windows overlooking the mountains, and a Roku TV. Your daily activities will surely work up your appetite - thankfully, cooking will be easy in the fully equipped kitchen! Enjoy your homemade meal at the spacious 4-person bar! Evenings call for sipping drinks in the fresh mountain air or soaking in the saltwater hot tub. The deck is unavailable if the main house unit is occupied. ◆ A $1,000 refundable security deposit applies to rentals of 21 days or more and is returned within 7 days of departure if house rules are followed. ◆ Parking - Use the second driveway on the right in front of the garage for a maximum of three vehicles. The driveway on the left of the asphalt is for the occupants of the other unit. No parking is allowed on the rural country road. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed. ◆ We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS. The owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. There is a no-pet policy in place for this property. To protect the health of our guests and owners, bringing an unauthorized animal will result in the early termination of your stay, and refunds will not be issued.
